  • We offer pick up from our USDA butcher - Oxford Packing in Downey. We will be establishing multiple drop off locations in ID, WY, and UT for convenient customer access.

  • f you are within 2 hours of the ranch, your beef will stay adequately frozen on the drive home. High temperature days above 75 - coolers are recommended.

  • Yes absolutely! Dry aging helps ensure tenderness and maximizes the flavor.

  • Yes, our beef is openly grazed on pasture in the summer and hay in the winter. We do not finish with grain. With our open grazing and mineral supplementation, we are able to achieve our desired tenderness and nutrient density.

  • No our beef that is sold to our customers will never be treated with antibiotics. We never give our cattle growth hormones or steroids. If a cow or calf needs life saving treatment with antibiotics, they are removed from the beef program and treated.

  • Best cooked rare to medium rare! Grass-fed beef cooks 30% faster than grain-fed, so watch your temperatures. Let the beef sit 10 minutes after removing from the heat so the juices redistribute.
