Total Price for a Half Beef Share: $2,500. This includes a $500 deposit + $2,000 due at pick up*)
A half beef share is approximately 200 lbs of beef. Our premium cattle are grass fed and grass finished. All natural, nutrient dense beef that is dry aged and custom packaged(vacuum sealed) for you. For this product, we will provide a standard, butcher's choice variety of cuts*. Approximately 50% will be steaks, roasts, brisket, and other cuts with the remaining 50% to be ground beef.
Steps for acquiring your beef:
Pay $500 deposit to reserve your animal.
Fill out customized Cut Sheet that will be emailed to you following paid deposit. We are more than happy to arrange a phone call to guide you through a Cut Sheet. They can be customized to fit your family's specific needs.
Remaining balance is due when animal is dropped off at butcher. $2,000.
You will be notified when your beef is fully processed (approximately three weeks after your selected process date.Your beef will dry age for 14 days before being processed). Then a time can be arranged for you to pick up directly the butcher or delivery options are available(see below).
Pick up @ Oxford Packing (22993 S Race Track Rd, Downey, ID 83234). Half Beef Shares cannot be shipped.
Delivery to select surrounding zip codes for an additional $200. Areas include popular locations such as Jackson Hole, WY and Logan, UT.
